Have you heard of “ecotherapy”? Studies confirm that long term health improvement is associated with time spent in green spaces. And especially practicing in the forest, as we do, “Forest Bathing” reduces the rates of cardiovascular disease and Type 2 Diabetes. On top of that it is good to know that trees release chemicals called phytoncides, which have an anti-microbial effect on human bodies, boosting the immune system!

That is the reason why we meet in Dunnottar Woods every Friday for mindful movement practice.
